John didn't know what was happening. He thinks they beat the game, but he isn't sure.
Bec Noir lies in a puddle of grey-ish black feathers and blood. You killed him, you're sure of it.
But there's something wrong.
You can't move.
Your chest hurts but you can't look at it.
Your friends stand around you crying, but you can't condole them.
Your best friend, Dave Strider, is frantically pushing at your chest now and the ringing in your ears stops and your tunnel vision fades. You find that you can move now and something hurts.
You look down at your chest all the while hearing dave say " You'll be fine! You're gonna be fine John! It's ok John! You're gonna be o.k.!"
Well that's where the pains coming from.
You can start to remember a little now.
You saved them.
You took a stab to the chest for them.
You're going to die heroically.
You feel drowsy now, as though someone hit a button to make you sleep. Your friends sit around you, petting you, condoling you, crying for you.
